台北市北投區向來是熱門賞櫻景點，特別是北投區大屯里的復興三路，沿路多處可見櫻花的蹤跡，其中白宮山莊到230巷口前道路兩側的櫻花樹最為密集。
為讓民眾體驗不一樣的櫻花之美，大屯里里長結合了大地工程處，在櫻花隧道推出「夜櫻計劃」，即日起到2月底止，每天晚上6點到9點，利用特殊燈光投射櫻花樹，輝映桃紅色的櫻花，漫步在夜櫻之中再加上一望無際的獨特夜景，營造出繽紛夢幻的氛圍。
此外，農曆年間也是大屯山桶柑的盛產期間，配合北投區公所同一時間正在舉辦的北投桶柑節活動，遊客亦可前往大屯里的桶柑果園體驗採果之樂。
賞櫻民眾可搭乘小6公車上山，若想自行開車前往可在安國寺附近停車，再延著復興三路往上走，輕鬆漫步在漂亮的櫻花隧道。
